About Middle Island
The Middle Island Dog Park is the Largest Dog Park in NY State!
Nestled deep within the Island's pine barrens, this park is located on Route 25, Middle Island, inside the old Kmart parking lot, all the way to the rear of the building. Boasting 3 acres for large dogs, and one acre for small, plus a "time out" and/or puppy area for the shy and sometimes misbehavin' pups, this park is a result of the efforts of the Town of Brookhaven and Suffolk County Unleashed.
